The CMR Performance Hub is the internal sales-performance dashboard for CMRInsurance, the State Farm agency of Christine M. Relyea in Staten Island, New York.
Agency team members sign in to see their own production — applications written, quotes produced, outbound calls, fact finders, and progress against their monthly goals — together with coaching notes from the agency owner. Managers additionally see team totals and a year-to-date sales funnel.
Access is invite-only and limited to agency staff; there is no public sign-up. The Hub requests only basic profile information — your name and email address — and uses it solely to identify you and grant access. The service team’s activity log records the first name and last initial of the customer involved in each logged activity so entries can be verified against agency records; those identifiers are visible only to the owner, reporters and the logging team member, and are removed automatically after 15 months.
